Mary Strugar Dip. ION, Dip. HG, Med. NLP, AFMCP Nutritionist & Psychotherapist
Mary qualified as a nutritionist at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 1997 and was made a fellow in 2001. She is a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine in the US having completed their Applied Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice course in America.
She was a pioneering Editor of medical, educational CD-Roms such as 'Mastering MRI' (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), made with the President of the MRI Society (USA), Dr John Crues.
Mary's psychotherapy work includes the use of Medical NLP and Human Givens and she is currently completing her Masters in Human Givens Psychotherapy.
Her hands on, practical and pragmatic approach during her last 13 years of practice has been very appreciated by her clients in her one-to-one consultancy work. Mary is used to complexity and her analytical abilities coupled with her excellent training and compassion make her well regarded as a supportive educator in the field of Nutrition and Functional Medicine.

Claire Jamieson Yoga & Massage
Claire Jamieson studied theatre and dance before going on to train as a bodywork and movement therapist, aromatherapy masseuse and yoga teacher.
She was a founder member of the Talia group and centre for aromatherapy, massage, movement therapy, Ken Eyerman and Keldenkist techniques.
She went on to create the "Abodyworks" company teaching yoga within large organisations. Claire teaches in London as well as holding retreats in India, Germany and Ibiza.
She is a member of the British Register of Complementary practitioners and the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association.

Michele Kingston BSc Nutr Med, BA (hons), mBANT Nutritionist
Michele is a nutritional therapist with a degree in Nutritional Medicine from Thames Valley University, providing her with a high standard of evidence-based, research-driven training. Michele’s degree and her extra curricular studying included naturopathy and functional medicine, giving her excellent insight into pathology, diagnostics and holistic treatments with the view to offering her patients the best care possible.
Michele changed her career path from being an actress and moved towards nutritional therapy due to an interest in complementary therapies triggered by her own health problems. She has experienced first hand what it is like to feel that your body is out of control and truly understands what support a patient needs throughout their treatment to reach their health goals.
